Patient Portal

The online patient portal is a secure online home for your health information. It is designed to help you become a more active partner in your healthcare. From a computer or tablet with Internet access, you can conveniently view your health records on this special, password-protected website.

In the patient portal, you can see a complete report of your healthcare history. The portal can also allow physicians throughout our health system to review your personal health records. With your permission, they can view your health history and collaborate on your care more effectively.

St. Francis has partnered with Cerner Health to provide this service to our patients and the community. The patient portal is an excellent way to manage you and your families health records. If you have not recently been a patient of St. Francis, you can still create an account.

Wouldn’t it be smarter if all your medical records were in one place?

My HealthPoint patient portal is a secure online home for your hospital health information. It is designed to help you become a more active partner in your health care. From a computer or tablet with Internet access, you can conveniently view your hospital records on this special, password-protected website.

My HealthPoint is one complete report of your health care history allowing physicians throughout the St. Francis system to review your personal health records. With your permission, they can view your health history and collaborate on your care more effectively.

When you sign-up for My HealthPoint, you will be able to:

  • Access your health records in one place, including procedures, some lab and test results, immunizations, medications, and allergies
  • Request to schedule, reschedule or cancel appointments*
  • Request refills or renewals of prescriptions
  • Receive email reminders about important care items
  • Send a message to your care team*
  • Complete health information forms prior to your appointment

*Not all features may be available for your doctor, and some lab and test results are legally restricted from being viewed online.

 
 

Register

If My HealthPoint sent you an email invitation to access the patient portal, you can view these detailed instructions to create an account.

If you would like to self-enroll with your medical record number, you can view detailed instructions to create your account. Brief instructions are included below.

Self-enrollment is now available on the patient portal.* All you need is your medical record number.**

  1. On the login page, select Register Here.
  2. Enter your name, date of birth, a medical record number (MRN) and the last four digits of your social security number, then click Next. 
  3. Under Patient Match Found, verify your identity and agree to the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, then click Next.
  4. Under I Need an Account, enter your email address and click Sign Up.
  5. Verify that the information is correct, and follow the prompts to enter your information, username, and password.
  6. Select Create Account. You will now have access to your account in the patient portal.

If you do not wish to self-enroll, you can request that your provider's office send you an email invitation. When you receive the email, follow the prompts to complete the registration process online.

*Online self-enrollment is available for patients 18 and over. Children age 12-17 and parents of children 11 and under may enroll in person at their next doctor's appointment. Parents cannot register children age 12-17 in the patient portal, but the child may enter his or her self.

**Your medical record number (MRN) is found on your discharge summary or patient education from a recent visit. It can also be obtained by visiting your care provider’s office.
