A patient, parents of minor patients, or caregivers acting on the behalf of a patient (i.e., Healthcare Power of Attorney), may inspect and/or obtain a copy of their medical records, or have copies of medical records sent to another provider or facility. 

We understand that managing a medical condition and its associated costs can be stressful. Our goal is to make the billing process as simple and straightforward as possible. View payment options or contact us for additional help.

When you are a patient in the hospital, your physician will prescribe a specific diet to meet your nutritional needs. We will provide you with a menu containing a variety of items to choose from, some specific to your prescribed diet and others that can be modified to meet the needs of your diet. Menu orders will be picked up each day, and meals will be delivered at specific times.

Some things to remember:

• Certain tests mandate that you not eat for a period of time. When this happens, we will be certain to deliver your meal immediately after the tests have been completed.
  
• Please order only the foods you plan to eat, so that accurate calorie counts may be taken when needed.
